We don’t notice it often since we are so focused on petroleum and its derivatives, but there are many other alternative sources of energy which are in abundance on our planet. These sources are virtually in exhaustible and have been used across the globe in many different forms. However, they have just been used in lieu or the deficiency of petroleum and not as the primary sources.
Wind has a definite advantage over many other types of energy – abundance. Renewable, unlike fossil fuels, they will guarantee our future generations that their source of power will never be threatened, become sparse or disappear.
The earth has been very generous by offering us so many for our needs and creating alternative energy in many different forms. All over the world, people have used renewable power in one way or another but often only where mechanical electricity, powered by petroleum was not easily available.
